Hey guys I have a vs commodore with these mods:
4.2 stroker
Comp cam:
-216°/216° at .050"
-Intake Lift .317" (.507" lift at 1.6:1 rocker ratio)
-Exhaust Lift .317" (.507" lift at 1.6:1 rocker ratio)
-111 LSA
T5 manual conversion with manual ecu and loom
Mildly ported heads
Extractors to 3" exhaust
Double row timing chain
90lb valve springs
plenum spacer

Really hoping someone can write me a memcal for this as the current tune is rubbish with this engine. I've messaged the1 but he can't do one for my mods.

that will have to go on a dyno to get the most out of it...

I'd say that's a custom dyno job.

Why spend all that money on all those parts, only to get someone tune a memcal?
It needs a proper dyno tune so the tuner can see exactly what is going on with the engine then and there.

I realise that a dyno tune would be ideal and if I had the money now I would but I can't come up with $1000+ for an ecu and a dyno tune soon so I need something for the meantime. Most of my parts I got cheap and I did all the labour myself so I haven't spent a great deal.

Just a heads up, you can get the standard ECU tuned, so no need to buy an aftermarket one.

If you can't afford a dyno tune, just wait a week or two till you can.

Do it once and do it right.

Dyno tune will be the only way to do it right or you risk potentially catastrophic issues.

Good advice mate.
Good luck I hope you get the cash for the tune.

Anyone recommend a place to go? As close to griffith/wagga as possible?
