idler pulley

just wondering if anyone can get me the part number for this pulley circled? sounds like its about to explode its squeeling and grinding that bad haha.
also just wondering what the go is with changing them. im under the impression you just have to loosen them by turning clockwise in stead of anti clock wise? and then just use some elbow grease to get them off.
have tried to find a thread or some info on this for the last hour but just keep getting results from ebay or the wrong engines haha.
any info would be great!

Just put a ring spanner on the tensioner bolt and push down to loosen the belt then take it off then just undo the pulley bolts and swap them over then put the bolt back on..

You might need a puller for the mental one.

yeah the belt im fine with. more taking the pulleys off. ive been told there not easy to pull off haha.
