I know I sound like a bit of a noob but I've never had to take any out before, one of them is leaking on the VL and just want to know how to get it out hopefully without breaking it. Cheers

Might not be the only way, but I did it by removing the top half of the inlet manifold giving me access to the fuel rail.

Removed the rail which gives to access to the injectors.

Your leak is probably being caused by a broken O ring on the injector, a rebuild kit for all 6 costs about $70.00 from Nissan.

Not expensive, just takes some.

can be done without removing the upper inlet manifold, make sure you've got some circlip plyers, I've just been buying brand newies when mine leak as they seem to leak out the side of the injector and I wasn't sure if that could be fixed
