Installing Saas GT seats into VK

Hi Guys,

I've picked up a pair of Saas seats which came with rails to suit a wrx (completely different to the vk).

Just wondering what the done thing is to install these into the early girls. I've had a search and a few threads talk about generic mounting kits from Supercheap and the like but I haven't been able to find anything like that.
There's a mounting kit on ebay but no mention of which models it's designed for.

Has anyone had any experience with this?

Am aware I'll need to organise a mod plate.

Just use 85 vk rails they should bolt straight up

Is it just the rails themselves(not the entire sliding/seat pilots ironing adjustment mechanism which appears to be part of the seat)?

I had a look and couldn't see any obvious way to remove them, any tips?

the way i did it in my vh and hilux was i made some spacers shaped to the floor out of RHS and drilled new holes in the floor.if you choose this way you will at very least need something like this under the bolts (https://www.seatbeltplanet.com/seatbelts-and-accessories/hardware-kits/m.products/28/view/84)
unsure of what an engineer would say regarding doing it this way.

this way has proven strong enough that it never moved

for the drivers seat you use the height adjuster & rails assembly, for the passengers side just the rails
