Instrument cluster calibration Speedometer Calibration

PLEASE HELP
hello everyone i have looked on the forms and have done most of what i can do and i also do have a tech 2 scanner
and i have done the speedometer calibration to my vy commodore but it still seems to be out and if any help that will be great and the diff was changed to 3.08.1 and i have used the GPS says i am over and sometimes it says under
Info on car is
2003
Holden
Vy
Ute
V6
5 Speed manual
Diff 3.08:1
Wheels 235/40ZR18 and the code to do the calibration is 6210 but it seems to be out

Thanks Lex sorry for the late reply back I did and up replacing the VSS and it solved my issue I appreciate it mate
