Issues fixed by new software release.
1. No display (black screen), no sound and no function (only hazard light button functional).
x Condition is typically recovered by cycling the ignition.
2. CD plays slow intermittently. Only affects base level vehicles without “Stored CD” function.
3. CD forgets position.
x CD starts playing from different track to the previous key cycle.
4. HVAC button stuck.
x Button behaves as if it is pressed continually.
x Most commonly seen in fan up/down buttons.
5. Reverse Camera stuck on.
x Reverse camera display may remain on the screen when the vehicle is placed in drive.
x Screen can be black when vehicle in drive.
x Screen can be black with reverse overlay (coloured lines) when vehicle in drive.
6. Reverse camera doesn’t show when vehicle placed in reverse.
x Radio behaves as though reverse was not selected.
7. Internal component communication issue may cause one or more of the following symptoms:
x Navigation does not load (no popup).
x Navigation starts to load (loading popup appears) then popup disappears and Navigation does not
load.
x When on/off button pressed to turn radio on/off, radio screen remains on screen although audio does
turn on/off.
x HVAC status not displayed on status bar.
x Clock not displayed on status bar.
x Calendar screen (displayed when radio turned off) does not show any text, only background graphic.
x Remote (steering wheel) controls have no apparent effect on the radio.
x "Set time" option on config menu shows incorrect numbers, e.g. Hour = 87, Minute = 99.
x "Set date" option on config menu shows incorrect numbers, e.g. Date = 99, Month = 99, Year = 9999.
x HVAC controls inoperative.
8. Radio doesn’t shut down.
x Radio is observed to be on (clock screen) after more than 60 mins since key off.
9. “CD too hot” displayed on HIQ Screen.
x With or without CD in unit.
10. Rear speakers not muted in headphone mode.
11. Volume escalates without user input.
x Volume control inoperative until ignition turned off.
12. CD Track title incorrect.
x Song being played does not match the song displayed in track information bar.
13. iPod track titles missing.
x iPod track name information and progress bar not displayed after an outgoing Bluetooth call.
14. “Reading iPod” popup stuck on screen.
x With iPod/iPhone connected.
15. HVAC temperature set point display shows “C”.
x Radio displays “C” when the HVAC temperature provided is different.
16. Screen brightness cannot be adjusted, radio configuration display shows “X”.
17. No Sound Following Crank.
x All sources affected.
x Recovered by an ignition cycle.
18. Black Screen and no keyboard backlighting.
x Recovered by an ignition cycle.
19. Radio Resets.
x IQ system goes blank then system restarts.
x Does not include the system reset when a low voltage crank occurs.
20. iPhone audio not paused during a Bluetooth call.
21. Virtual CD (Stored CD) current track asterisk not updated.
