Just reading this thread.. I wouldnt pay anywhere near the price he is asking for either of these cars.... considering i picked up a genuine HSV for well under the price on the vq and just above the price on the VS.

Exactly, i picked up my VS Senator with 143XXX km's on it for $11,900, passed a roadworthy straight up. Only problem i had with it was the distributer.

But you forget these cars are rare one off Holden builds so rare & top secret HSV & Holden destroyed all traces they were ever made I sure they even have the super rare police chip if you ask ,
so you can understand why he trying to sell them well under value price

the VP GTS came in a V6 in new zealand, check the location and weather it's HSV built first then give him the truth and tell him why he's wrong dont act childish, educate the man

I have educated him in the ways of Holden but his mind does not work the same way(says he is not Australian and does not give a f**k what i say about the car) so i must use my fists of fury to teach him the ways of HSV.

yeah they were pretty much a v6 ss. found one at the wreckers near me. got my side skirts off it
