Just picked up my SV6 sedan today. I have never bought a new car before, so this is pretty special to me.

It took 3 months from ordering to delivery as I asked for a pretty unusual combination.

Specs:
2014 Commodore SV6 sedan
6 speed manual
Sunroof
Satnav
Side track stripes
1600kg tow bar
19" SSV wheels

I have front sports armour to install on the weekend.

So far I have found a couple of unexpected differences to the normal spec. It has alloy pedals, which were standard on the Storm but not the SV6. It also has a spacesaver spare - I was expecting a can of sealant.

I love the linear power - you don't get that with the auto.

Really nice combo on the SV6. The stripes on the side suit the colour and are just the right size. Wheels look great. Hopefully it didn't cost more then a SS.

No - price was well short of an SS. I got retiree pricing as my father in law was chief of security at Holden Dandenong for 30 years. I did the sums with an SS and SSV and could not come close.
