Series 1 VR s-pac (1993)
I've blown a head gasket on my series 1 VR, I've got almost everything to do it but I have a couple questions before I go tearing into it.

What sealant should I use on the head bolts?
Gasket goo or rtv, where and why.
Where can I find the torque specs for a series 1 Buick?

And last but definitely not least or even related but who makes a good power steering pump for these? I'm also in need of one of those.

You don't have series 1 Buick in there, they were in Series 1 VN. Use Holden sealant on the bolts. @vs-lover might be able to organise you a reco Saginaw (gen) pump at a good price.

Are you sure its the head gasket not the inlet manifold gasket? Head gasket on these ant that common of blowing.
