I've seen slimline trolley jacks for lowered cars but they have always been expensive.
The few times I've needed it (my car isn't low enough) I've just drived up onto blocks of wood

Try driving the car up on short planks of wood to raise the front or rear enough to allow a trolley jack to slide underneath dont forgot to replace the wood when lowering to allow the jack to be removed ????.

Well I definately know my car is low, because I just got defected on the way home from work. Anyone in Adelaide have some FE2 springs? I'm not having a good week.

My ute wasn't stupidly low but the jack wasn't exactly a low-lying one.. I used to use the factory jack on one side first and then use the trolley jack as soon as there was clearance.

This is my method. I didn't think my car was that low, but reading answers here it must be
