I quoted 2 posts.....

So which court are you referring to? Not a hard question, even if you're tanked
In two seperate posts, you can't just combine the two, it's like mixing ice cream with canned salmon.

No, because the 2 seperate posts cover 2 seperate courts

You'd make a great politician...Always sidestepping the question and making up B/S to try cover your ass...

Obviously the question is way to hard for you

So, reading into this a bit more,

I can certainly understand what Brazil is on about.

Brazil is a sovereign country with it's own set of laws. X and or people posting on X have defied a legal and legitimate court order from Brazil so Brazil has every right to censure and or fine X for breaking it's national laws.

X and Musk are not above the law in any country.

Social media platforms are not above the laws of sovereign states.

There have been cases here in NZ where courts have issued name suppression but people have posted the name of the person involved on social media and NZ has little to no control over that even when the court order is legal and lawful, the person can be put in front of our courts for breaking the ruling but we can't do much to take down those posts as social media companies tend not to follow our laws.

Social media platforms should not be above the law.

It is dangerous having people like Musk running rough shot over countries sovereign rights. It's the same with Google and Facebook and other platforms ,they are a law unto themselves with little to no control or oversight.

So an internet entity is supposed to adhere to every countries laws? That doesn't sound practical.

Yea but say a person puts a poster up on a shop, then the whole town sees that poster.
You can't blame the shop owner for the whole town seeing the poster before he cleans his shop wall.
It's the person that posted said poster up that broke the law.

No anyone that has an alternate thought is Hitler, don't you know anything.
It's not just this, he's in the news all the time testing his new power as minister for everything.
