Bit of an update, found that the tyres scrub occasionally on large bumps..... not sure what im going to do about it at the moment. not seeming to do any damage to the tyre so might leave it for a bit.

Have you ground down the bracket that connects the rear bumper and the guard? There is also a screw there that you can move toward the rear more so you can grind more off.
