nah, i reckon rather than just copying what someone else has done, try developing an understanding of how stuff works and what changes effect other parts of the engine. you will be more satisfied later down the line when you can explain in depth why you went with a longer conrod and a higher piston pin to allow more dwell time at TDC... lol, you get the idea? why copy someone, you MAY be able to do it better if you run a bit of research.

things you should look into are:

compression ratio do's and dont's
camshafts duration and its effects
roller rockers and increased lifting ratios
differential ratios
stall converters and their purpose
timing

im not trying to give you a lecture but you seem like a smart guy and you would benefit from a little reading :)

edit* although its a lot of blah about how good yella terra are, pages like this hold valuable information: http://www.yellaterra.com.au/products/car-performance/product-detail/roller-rockers.cfm

If you really want to work a 202 EFI motor (head work/bigger cam) then the inlet manifold is the limiting factor.
These motors had some go from the factory with the most advanced head, extractors standard and a cam (same spec as XU1 Torana) so if it is feeling sluggish it may just need a reco. How is the compression?
Alot of guys that use this motor in early Holden rip the EFI off and install a Holley or triple carbs and replace the dizzy and coil with one from a carby blue motor 202.
