Gidday,
After some electrical issues it was recommended I swap out a faulty BCU in my VXII.
So I managed to get a second hand BCM + ECU together with the key fob from an identical car (correct spec on the BCU etc).
My mechanic made the change and swapped out the the faulty BCM + ECU.
Old good. All electrical issues solved.
One issue, the replacement key fob does not work the auto lock / unlock on the doors.
The buttons on the fob are a bit skew wiff and I suspect the fob battery may be flat or some of the circuits in the fob have deteriorated.
Am I able to clone the fob without the ignition key number from the car I got the replacement BCM + ECU from?
