hey mate, havent tried them as of yet, but as a word of advice, if u plan on getting some, get the ones like those with LED's all way around. the ones with the LED's facing in one direction are shocking. i bought them, didn't like them, they was way too dull, not enuf light. then my mate put them in his car and almost got defected. just some advice for ya

Yep what CruznCalais said.

The only LED tail lights I have found that are bright enough is these
2pcs BAY15D 1157 13W High Power LED(Red) Stop/Tail bulb - eBay Other Lights, Indicators, Lights, Indicators, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 04-Apr-08 17:39:04 AEST)

Surface mount LEDs are heaps brighter than the standard type leds.

It is a good idea to replace your high mount stop light with a super bright LED design too. LED's light up faster than incandescent globe (helping to improve the driver behind you's reaction time). Just check what type of bulb it is.

White LED's behind Red lenses = reduced light output (the red lens will filter out all but the red light produced by the white led)

Always put red LED's behind red lenses.

A side benefit of red LEd's is the red colour output is intense!!!

they are good and they stay red had em in for 4 months now and still good as new. no pinkness like cheap painted filiment bulbs.
