That thread you linked, The engine makes 500rwhp.

That's right. 500rwhp is a lot more than 500hp on a engine dyno which is what you said is the limit on the M90.

Engine dyno's in no way simulate real world conditions. They run the oil hot, then run the coolant cold, use good fuel so they don't have to worry about knock limits and don't have to worry about parasitic drag from all the accessories that the engine spins or run a full exhaust system like a car does in the real world.

Engine dyno's are great for testing combinations to see what does/doesn't work but don't take the numbers as gospel to what it can or can't make.
