Hey guys not sure if this is the right place to post. I have a vs Calais with the l67 engine. Now I've got the following mods 4 inch intake with pod box and filter behind headlight, 87mm yella terra stealth pulley, mace high ratio rockers, pacemaker headers, twin high flow cats into 2.5 inch exhaust.and a mace memcal.should I be seeing more then 5 psi on the boost gauge? Its all hooked up correctly it runs of the supercharger snout port.

Check that the boost bypass valve is functioning correctly.

I have had a good look at it and on the boost valve I see on the bottom port there is no hose connected and there is a screw blocking the port. That can't be right hey? Perhaps the old owner screwed around with the valve? I'm still learning a great deal about these l67s so not sure about the vacuum side of things

That port needs to breathe, take the screw out, and probably a good idea to wrap some stocking or filtering material around it to stop debris getting in.

Ok so if I take that screw out and work something out for filtering would That fix my low boost issues? The car goes well but I'm not sure I'm getting the correct boost ? Thanks for putting me on the right track :-
