Leaking Clutch fluid

Ok thanks, I'm gonna tackle this in the next couple of days, topped it up the other day and all fluid gone again, but I must have forgot to put the lid back onto the resivour and I've lost the lid, any ideas where I can get another one? Tried eBay and couldn't find them, any help in finding one would be good

Mine is leaking a little under my dash should i even bother fixing it only costing a bottle of break fluid every 2-3 months?
