DECA used to use the tarmac apron at Williams RAAF Base in Laverton for skid pan training, not sure if they still do now though as half the airfield is a suburb now.

I seen something on the news about a year ago where they would take young traffic offenders and sign them up for this PCYC (police citizens youth club) and actually have a day or two a week where they could race and do burnouts ect.. With a few theory courses ofcourse. But its also open to the public not just offenders, you have to be under 21 though im pretty sure!
