legality on accelerating fast to 60kph ?

gun it at your cars maxium acceleration capability without wheelspin , chirping or and loss of control with no one infront of you.... would this constitute hooning or dangerous driving ... keeping in mind you dont actually exceed 60kph.

only cars i can think of in which you could do that in would be boring anyway

well youre not going to want the wheels spinning if youre trying to accelerate as fast as possible are you , not everyone just puts their foot flat while in drive in order to go fast.

Been almost done for it before. In QLD it's called excessive acceleration and it's 1 point and $150 from memory.

no i was asking for peoples opinions , AND i was asking what the facts where if anyone knew 2 seperate questions.
