Location of thermostat housing on alloytec SV6 engine

I need to do this as well, change the thermostat and need all the advice I can get

I got mechanic to do this job for me!
It cost a bit but looked like a crap job and I spent the weekend fishing rather than swearing at GM's bodgy one size fits all engine design!
