Low washer fluid warning

My 2010 Caprice is displaying a 'low washer fluid' warning every few days, despite the reservoir remaining reasonably full.

I can't find a leak but when the error warning is minimised, it says 'HID fluid low' (or similar)...

I top the tank up but the message keeps returning

There has been no fault code logged.

Is there a sensor in the tank that may require replacement??

Both hoses on rear of HID lights look connected.

The only way to get to the bottom of it properly would be to remove the front bar, remove the washer tank. Give it a really good scrub clean. Inspect it. Check for leaks. Inspect the wiring and clean the contacts with CO Contact cleaner.
