Does anyone who has recently replaced their lower idler pulley mount on a VX by any chance remember the socket size for the 3 nuts holding it on?

Don't know if it's seized, rounded off or I'm just hopeless but I can't seem to get a socket on there.

Thanks

V6?

Been a fair while but for some reason either 1/2" or 13mm comes to mind.

On the v6, l don't know of any 3 nuts holding the idler pulley in place. Only 1, & l think its a bolt.

You talking v8?

One bolt holding on pulley. 3 nuts holding on the mount.

Might need to use a bar to give extra leverage. Have used metal tubing over the socket ratchet handle to good effect

Nah just me not being able to work out the socket size by feel. It's off now. They weren't white knuckle tight thankfully.
