I have a had a little more clarification from the previous owner of the car on this. Its the righthand lower k frame bushes that are cracked. thank you to everyone for your help
If they exist.

Go to an actual suspension shop and get a quote. Take the quote and buy the stuff. Fit it.

Might be these ... Or not

Wild guess, they are probably talking about the bush in the strut bar or control arm lower inner in the picture above. Those bushes bolt onto the k frame.. Not easy to see cracks in either without removing them.

Then there is the possibility the person doing the inspection shouldn’t be doing inspections based on two things:
1. The bush doesn’t exist.
2. They have failed to correctly identify the component that has supposedly failed.
