has anyone had experience with the holden ls1 flash tuner?, i dont think its out yet, another month or so, i see CAPA has one on there website, would it be worthwhile???, :whistling

are u basically attempting to tune your own engine, or would u like knowledge of the products.

i'de like to know what it is and what it does?, these ls1 flash tuners you just plug em in and 35 seconds later it tunes your pcm, u can switch back and forth from 3 different settings and you can make your own settings, and switch back to your factory settings when ever u please, it seems simple enough

it sounds like a canned tune in a box, it programs it in as required
may be ok depending on the price

i rekon it would be good, to be able to tune and detune your car when ever you like for $995.00 i think it would be a good investment.....

but you are limited to the tunes they provide. real tuning packages allow you to make unlimited adjustments to your system for a smaller cost

these tunes in a box have been ment to be coming out years ago, as a mate of mine was going to be the importer. But he decided against it.

if u have access to a dyno, and have a fair knowledge of engines, and are good with computers, just go and buy EFILive, this is what i use, and to be honest nothing beats the product.

The only 2 products on the market that are similar is VCM suite and Efilive.

got there advantages and disadvantages but my opinion go efilive, due to the constant upgrades and the software is brilliant.
