Mine was installed here in my cammed LS2, done 5000 odd k’s and it’s bone dry. Maybe it’s plumbed wrong, didn’t need it, or I’m not driving it hard enough lol.

Now re-plumbed

The standard is fine. I went with the E2 single exit port with check valve cause of it's aesthetic looks and larger capacity, so I don't have to empty as often. In hindsight, I should of probably went with the standard as I'm checking the can every Sunday anyway (my OCD). I also bought the clean air seperator.

Are you able to explain in more detail how you mounted it? Any pics? Im also struggling with the MSE pipe in the way. Thanks

Look at my build thread. I mounted it a little different to the E2 instructions to clear the MSE and one of the pulleys (I have now removed the MSE). I used more spacers and a longer bolt which I bought from bunnings. I also pulled and cable tied the MSE further away for clearance. PM me and I can provide better pics over the weekend.

Thanks I'll have a good read tonight.

You mentioned instructions you followed. I was not supplied with any and I could not find any for the Chevy SS, only LS3 Camaro?

Here is the end result from earlier today. As you can see the MSE is in the way. Also, one thing I didn't expect was the fact the engine cover can no longer be reinstalled. No big deal I guess but I didn't think it was going to be an issue.

Since the weekend. Does not look like much but that's only about 30kms of driving. I have left the catch can where it is for now but will consider moving it to the passengers side later on as there is much more room there.

You actually need a slightly bigger loop on the drivers side as I just noticed that the catch can Inlet hose is slightly too short and has developed a kink. If you unclip all the other bits and pieces to the left of the TB, you can run the 3/8 lines in behind and under, then clip everything back into place.

I like what you have done here. Where did you buy the spacers and screws from? Also what specification are they?

Also can you get the plastic engine cover to fit back on?

Just a heads up that the two holes on the drivers side of the block are M10 and not M8 as previously mentioned.

I think that looks a fair bit for 30ks. I reckon I'm going to add a catch can to mine too.

Do you have any pics you can share with the adjustment to avoid the hose kink?
