LSD Fitted: How do I tell?

Take your VIN to holden and they can printout the offical spec's for your car inc any options from the factory.

there is a tag attached to the cover of the diff you might need some degreser to see the writing and if it says high performance blah blah blah it is a single spinner not to shure what the lsd one says

Hi all, I own a VX super 6 and when i give it a bit in the wet it does a one legger. It doesnt seem to step out like a lsd should. My mates SS ute spits sideways easily.

Any thoughts???

It could just be the LSD needs tightening.. Talk to a diff place..

one of my mates told me that all V8 commy's came out with LSD........is this true?

i have a VT berlina V8 and it has a LSD.....as is why i am wondering.

Ahh more crap with my car... looked at the back of the diff, it has the "High Performance" steel tag on it, but no LSD tag?????? Stock VX Super 6 from holden.
Was the LSD an option on the Super 6 ??
Have I been ripped off again???
I have the GU4 code on the plate under the heading AXLE

LSD is standard in the SS and HSV VX range only.
