Agreed.
Tyres are the only thing keeping you on the road! And if you don't smoke em' up everyday, they should last awhile on a stockish car. Giving you heaps of time to save for the next set.

Tyres is fair enough I got done recently 5 days after clearing the last defect for too loud (fair enough got home and threw the catback back on), battery not secured properly (kinda fair enough had ten mill of play side to side) and the bonnet release was operated by a lever under the bonnet not under the dash now that's just silly, basically if a cop wants your car canaried they will always find something it doesn't even need to be a roadworthy item all you can do is do the right thing and suck up to the cop, I know it's hard but just let him have his little power trip the sooner it's over the sooner you're back on the road no point arguing with a cop
