I'd say it would be an Aus wide upgrade, must be very new so not many people know about it. I certainly had no idea a new version was out till the post above.

Takes them nearly 4 years to release an update, then they release another one almost straight away!

the maps aren't great though, the other day i was driving on a road which is old as (30+ years old), proper sealed road near major city and the navigation didn't have it on record

Yeah. I hate the "turn left now" when you are in the middle of a long bridge that has been there for years. Lol.

Dropped into our service parts dept. this afternoon he has an order for one and will proberly stock 6.
I can only think that someone books a service and adviser says would you like update with that lol.
No word of MY16 updates the third party communication is rat ****.

Just updated from MY14 to the current MY15 version and I have to say that in South Australia at least, there appears to be no difference between the two. Speed cameras which have been in operation for twelve months still aren't on the update and a lot of 60km/h roads are incorrectly marked as 50km/h (or no speed limit at all) on the maps. I thought these errors would be sorted at least. I'll update this post as I cover a few more roads but my initial impression is that the update probably isn't worth the $165 being asked here.
