Mirror puddle lamps bulb replacement

I have the mirror puddle lamps on my calais v and i want to change them to leds but i cant figure out how to get to them. Has anyone changed them before or have a diagram?

They’re not easy to pop out. Carefully use a flat screwdriver or trim removal tool, without marking the black mirror plastic or damaging the lamp itself. Here’s some pics that might help.

The side furthest from car (tip of mirror) is best but don’t use too much force or you might break the clip.
