ok so project list is as follows:
strip interior, inc the dynamat on the floor
strip front end
strip engine/trans
drill hole and fit speedo cable through floor
mount haltech and rewire into loom
fit electronic trans selector
delete HQ loom,
rewire loom further up the firewall behind the guard
battery to the boot
fit cable bonnet release? solenoid release maybe?
fit throttle mount
neaten headlight/starter relays
fit new glass headlights and eyelids
delete heater fit new heater box
delete wiper motor, move to inside the scuttle?
hide squirter bottle and relocate wiper squirters
fabricate "hide away" plates for rad support and guard rears.
weld up all remaining holes in firewall
flatten firewall and spray 2K green
weld up holes in inner guards, smooth and paint 2K green
weld holes in rad support, carve new hole to allow air to intake, paint 2K black
remove and paint suspension components 2k black
fit new neo sway bar, castor bar, control arm bushes and tie rod boots
repair strut rod mount
repair sway bar mount
paint chasis 2k black
do SOMETHING with the front grill, its horrible and no one makes repo's
section front bar, repair rusty bar ends and weld in tighter.
weld holes in valence, fit number plate mount
fit oil pressure sender
wrap extractors
fit steel rag joint
fit new HT leads that dont touch the exhaust
fit new fuel regulator
fit new LS1 injectors
install cruise control
rewire injectors 1-8, 4-3, 6-5, 7-2
section 10mm off the sump, metalfinish this time and paint chevy orange
paint water pump chevy orange
fit new booster and MC, route PS lines
paint rims
remove roof racks, paint 2k black
get someone who is good with wood to make slats for it
laquered etc.
paint car green and white.
