Well with the new manifold and tune, a good clutch, we are hoping for a low 12. then up the compression, bigger cam and go for 11's.
Not bad for a family car!!
The car will be lowered soon, have some ultra lows in the shed and some new shocks, waiting to decide on which rims i want and wat size

Although late to reply, if you notice the smiley, i was simply having a dig, nothing else.

the cambeltown i was talking about is in adelaide mate.
Don;t worry bout minux, i didn't take it personaly.
Anyone knows its not easy to get a irs fitted car with standard street tyres and some decent power down the strip.
I did it on a whim, i rocked home from work and a mate asked if i wanted to head down the strip on a wednesday night, i drove there, dropped the exhaust did some runs and drove home. They do a knockout system over there, dial your own. I made it to the semi's out of about 80 cars. I broke out by 200 ths of a second, but i don't know how to drive remember!! lol

As for this, i agree it is hard to get a car with IRS and power down the strip in a manual, hence why i bought an auto to spend money on, makes life a heck of a lot easier.

cheers guys, am up in the air at the moment with the car, could be on the market for the right price. I think it is time to move on to my dream car.
It would be a shame not to get it tuned first and take it for a blat down WSID
