You make a reasonable point but the fact is there was never a vt coupe so that in itself is fairly special and worth being proud of surely?

No, Because It's still a CV8. Not a VT Coupe,

That's like saying there was Never a VN commodore with a VE Bodykit, So if you fit a VE bodykit to a VN does that make it special an you proud of it?

It was a concept car for a reason, By the time of release on the CV8, The VT Was already VERY dated.

The Cv8 Landed when, 2001'ish. Being a V2 SII 2003-2003?

So why make it look like a 1997 Commodore.

Yeah, I still applaud the effort to do so. But there is no appeal to me.

The VX Calais/SS Would've been a much better looking bumper/light/garnish setup to do and looking a lot more modern.

Now, I'm not dissing it. I'm not hating on it.

But why advertise you made a 2002 look like a 1997 with a silly license plate.

Cheers
Mat

At first I saw this and thought, who in their right mind would downgrade so severely to the less eye pleasing looks of a VT from a monaro...but the more I look through the pictures the more it's subtle looks make me like it, don't get some wanky plates for it, I would love to see peoples faces when you drive passed and they go "....there was no VT monaro...what on earth?"
