No i have not touched the rear aux cable the single din unit is completely standalone fits snug in their to cool it i found a spot to wire in a 120mm computer fan to keep air flow back their...All the wiring was done from scratch finding the accessory power a ground and 12v was really hard with hardly anything on the web...Don't get me started on the speakers to the secondary amp ahaha...But it's all custom wiring pulled the seats out and fed all the cables inside the carpet to both amps under the drivers and passenger seat

So this thread caused me to finally log back in after 18months.

Why?

What was the reasoning for putting a single din down there?

The only thing I can think of is that using the replacement fascia is too cost prohibitive? In which case... fair enough!

I prefer single din units rather then a double din much easy to manage and setup a nice tune for the eq also another reason to why I done it is because I want to be different to the rest?..

The entire car shakes two amps one for 800w in my doors and the 2400w or more in my boot you can feel it punch your chest rattles it's crazy
