I honestly didnt think there was such a combination..

It was definately on the cards but wanted something different and knowing that most VT's out were the GENIII i was like wtf a super6 lol been trying to find out actually how many were produced but cant find a definative number...3803 was on my window when i first bought it years ago but who knows, i do love the sound n grunt of an 8..might be me next one hahaha

dont quote me on this but i have herd and read somewhere that there was only a handful made around the 500ish mark dont think it was to make them limited builds pritty sure it was from lack of interest in the ss range.

they were only released during the s1 production aug 1997 till 1999 selling for $44,900 same as the same year 5.0l version. holden did a vp ss v6 in s1 and 2

wouldnt surprise me m8, v8's were the thing back then and alot cheaper to run petrol was less than a dollar so who wouldnt grab an 8 hahaha

Ok todays update, got bored as usual so decided to do some more paintin seen as its grown on me lol
i went metallic black and heron white!!
day started of nice but has now turned to ****,got one coat of paint on now will wait for better weather as i am pretty fussy

From what I've heard those VP SS V6's were ****

of course they were and also were only available in manual apparently they were only built due to racing reasons and needing to run a 7" wide rim in which ever class it was as falcon were running a 7" rim at the time and wouldnt let the v8s run with a 7" so they built these instead were all red and identical to a vp ss minus the motor.
