How did the tale gate get damaged is she t-boned you? There needs to be a driving test for the elderly over 60

She hit me and spun me around, then tapped the back end of my car. Ripped the left rear bumper off and damaged the tail gate and smashed my tail light.
I totally agree with you on the driving test!
