One of your abs sensor is cactus in my opinion.

Unpkug them one by one just to check its not jsut the connections are full of water . With the current weather it would not suprise me.

Flashed up until I turned the car off, then it went away. Happened twice. It didn't come up yesterday.

Could be debris on the rear wheel speed sensor/s. Cant clean them yourself as the driveshaft has to be removed from the hub to gain access etc.

Need to see what codes are logged to know for sure.

Totally different setup and problem. VEs suffer from debris sticking to the encoder ring on the smooth surface on the back of the wheel bearing that the sensor reads off. Earlier commodores had the toothed ring next to the diff that the sensor read off which either had dirt fill the gaps up between the teeth or dirt in between the teeth and the sensor or the wrong spacing between sensor and wheel.
