so i had my assessment after freaking 2 weeks. car can be repaired.. it was about 16k of repairs, labor and whatnot.

hopefully get my car back in 2 to 3 weeks. lets see how she looks after the rear has been removed.

nothing worse then a repaired cluby,i have one too,
mine took 6weeks,with lots of pushing!!,hope yours gets done quicker.

apparently they made the rear so you could repair it easily.
ive been going nuts already, driving a shitty ford ute that goes 0-100 in 2 minutes woohoo, feel-the-poweerrrr.

HSV's look awesome but I can't justify the insurance costs. I pay 1200 for mine and I think that is to much. Then again I have every option covered from hire car to windscreen protection all the way.

It is bad luck, I had a silver ve sv6 and this tossbag rear ended me whilst I was sitting still at the traffic lights, I saw him comming and he just bumped me and dammaged my bumper, then he tried to get away with it and say I moved into him. Mind you he's on his P's and its a work car, he was crapping himself. I ended up going through insurance and burnt him hard. That's what you get for looking at your phone whilst slowing down at the lights. I never thought kids with phones would be dangerous in my life time.

It'll be back on the road in a couple of weeks. Will probably just have the coilovers and OTR as a new addition as my insurance, 'cause they didn't catch the person who fled the scene means I have to pay a crazy excess
