If you don't mind forking out a bit extra, get some "in the navy" pop plates, they would suit your car nicely, I think they are about 125 a set from memory, but if you're getting new plates anyways you may as well fork out the little extra.

Interesting what are they plates with a blue background? come in slimline?

Yep, they do come in slimline aswell, but they are an extra 30 bucks per plate, I got standard on back and slimline on front, looks really good.
