Wats ica circuit

It is the stepper motor that varies the air leak across the throttle plate.
It is the system that controls the idle speed of the vehicle by continually adjusting the amount of air that bypasses the throttle plate to keep the idle rpm to the desired level.

They get blocked up with carbon and oil and require cleaning out ocassionally.

I dont know where it is on a V6, but on the V8 it is attached to the throttle body with a connector with 4 wires going to it.
