Hey guys new to the forum here and need help removing my vn v6 power steering reservoir as the return line nipple has snapped so I’ve ordered a new reservoir and just been trying to crack the power steering pulley bolts (4 10mm bolts on pulley) and they just won’t budge or even when they go to the actually pulleys attemp to spin ( this is even with someone pulling the belt tensioner opposite direction to make the pulley from stop rotating) HOW DO I REMOVE THESE 4 Bolts , do I need an impract drill of some sort or some other tool please let me know ASAP guys

They might just be tight and need a quick crack. Think I used a small hammer on the end of the ring spanner, with the belt still on. An impact driver might be all you need to crack them as they shouldn't be really tight, they are only thin bolts. Shouldn't require an impact wrench.

I jamb a screwdriver diagonally across the bolt heads to stop the pulley turning whilst cracking or the final tighten of the pump bolts.

IIRC there is a bolt in behind the pulley that needs to come out so the reservoir can come off.
