It’s fire trucked,
Don’t waste you time,
Time for a new one.
I’m trying to get the power steering pump off so I can get that bolt behind it, I’ve undone those 2 power steering pump bolts but it won’t budge still, what do you reckon it is?

Don’t force anything!

The PS pump usually is a tight fit,
And a large screw driver will move it.

You undid the two bolts through the holes in the pulley? It hinges on the bottom one from memory so it just needs a good shove over far enough to clear the bolt.

I’ve gotten a 600mm tyre lever and even that’s not moving it, is there definitely nothing else other then those 2 bolts holding it in

Yeah I’ve tried moving it with a tyre lever and even that does nothing

Download the manual and see how it’s bolted to the block.

This whole thread is an absolute sht show.
There’s two pages of people telling you the same thing. If you can’t figure out the solution after that, then I have concerns.

Don’t be a tool. Replace the part.

A few seconds with a YouTube search found pages of how to replace belt tensioner on Alloytec.
