need info on engine swapping with same engine

Hi all, I have a VE and currently swapping out the old engine for the same one but a newer second hand one. will this cause any problems with ECU or anything? i have system lockout but i think i just need my key reprogrammed. cheers.

If it's the same engine code, just remove and fit the new one.
