[NZ] Ve omega security lock out

Hi there,I have a 2010 ve omega that I changed the
BCM,ECU,IGNITION,KEY, the car starts however runs rough and on the stereo it comes up security lockout and nothing works no gauges on dash work,can't do anything with tge stereo can someone please help? Is there sometging else I need to change?

everything is vin matched
you will need to write vin to all modules
a ve is a lot more complicated than a vt

Bugger me,and I'm questing that's a trip to a dealer?

What I don't understand also if that's the case and everything has to be programed is it odd that the car is running? I would have thought it would completely lock it out and wouldn't run either,

the parts you fitted are matched
it has locked out the parts you didnt change
