New Engine Sound Not sure what it is

Just started the car(2010 VE Series 2 ) to hear my engines making a new sound, not sure what it is but sounds like a high hissing sound. Goes with the revs of the car. Is it something common? Heres a vid:

Sounds like one of the accessory pulleys has a worn bearing.

Does sound like a pulley bearing,
Have you recently hose the engine down ?

Rub some dry lube on the belt,
That will quieten the belt noise.

A mechanics stethoscope will indicate any noisy pulley bearings.

Take the belt off,run the engine for few minutes, see what happens..If noise disappears,concentrate on pulleys..Either Tensioner or idler pulleys bearing is worn.
