New project flares...

Today my set of flares arrived.
They are 45mm at the front and 55mm in the back. They even came with bolts and nuts.
I just mocked them up to get an idea of shape and line.
I think i will pick a height along the utes side and make that the same for at the front and rear and work down from there... I have never install these but how hard could it be???? Once i have them lined up i will remove the old arch to stop my tires from rubbing on rough roads, dam 20" rims and very low suspension it a killer on those rough roads.
Anyone else know of a better way?? I am open to any advice.

Project complete.
Took a good few days as the front was a piece of cake.. However the rears i had to modify as i could see where the 20s were rubbing.
Makes a more aggressive look similar to the VE series.

why didn't you bog them in so it looks one piece, not something bolted on to the outside??

Yeah I agree, need some wide ass wheels with some decent offset to fill up all the empty space:spot on:

Would look better with black bolts ?
Will wider wheels be defect - out of track ?

They look sweet as what brand are they. I think kut snake makes a good one too.

This car has a serious identity crisis...needs wider wheels and better fitment.
