Is that price just the fascia with AC controls?

Yes. It is double din but you will have some space as the unit screen is 8" so it is from outside bigger. Search for that unit and u will see what im talking about.

yeah that is what i mean. I will buy all that except head unit (will put my) but when i get some money..just bought macbook pro retina so xD

While I couldn't see the pic/link, I did see one of these new fasicas on a workbench. There seems to be very little to them, but the theory of separate HVAC controls with their own screen is awesome.

I wont bother upgrading my fascia as these new ones require an 8" head unit and my alpine isnt quite that big. You could probably put spacers in it but it would look like crud.
