A few worthy candidates there, quite a few more unworthy and few members I had never heard of. Not a fan of polls determining who should be mod though.

Agreed! but the bandwagon can use another 20 or so "wannabes" sheesh!! Admin should be listening to their mods a bit more. Juzza is right this stop being a "search for mod" to an all outright mine is bigger than yours comp, so many egos and not enough room. :bang:

I agree with that sentiment, the mods should be chosen by their merits and maturity levels (echos of what I said in the last one I think, and the ratt thread). I think Admin and current mods should have the final say.

To me this feels like one of the old voting campaigns we had back in high school for school captains and the like. The more popular and louder candidates normally always won. In my opinion the current mods have a better idea of who is posting/saying what in here therefore they should be able to decide who is better suited. I would put money on it that most people have no idea what some of these candidates have posted in the past therefore we are all biased from the start. Just my 2c worth anyway
