after seeing the green pic im convinced its an sv6 you can clearly see the sv6 signage. anyway love it!!! always been a fan since the first real pic.

It's an SS not an SV6 they said so in the story saying it had carry over SS badges.
Is it just me or did that statesman seem to have gaurd vents like the commodore, if so thats a bit wired and they are pretty high on the guard.
Have a look at this site, it is for the chevrolet impala have a look at the arse end of it i think it will be similar in styling to the commodore but the commodore will probably be a bit more rounded im guessing.

Statesman's arse looks much taughter in real life - not 'taught' but taughter - it does have some tremendous bootspace after all - the Chinese and Koreans love that.

A side point: the Orange dash pictured, as previously mentioned is a colour-coded option on SS models. Ignition (Orange), Redhot (Red) and Onyx (Black) are available. God all-mighty do the colours look ugly, thank the lord its only an option. Dash-top gauges come with the SS-V variant.

20 inch wheels are a HBD option and the car has been calibrated for them to allow accurate speedometer readings.
