Onya Dan, gettin' there m8.
Hey, look into putting the sensor in the bottom hose- I heard it's better for the cooling of the rad as the switch goes off earlier, due to the water being hotter b4 going in the rad...plus-It hides better anyway. :)

Its a Davies Craig sensor adapter kit. (P/N 0409 i think?) About $30rrp by memory. I hate having the sensor under the hose.

Yea iv heard that before. I actually set the thermos up like that in my old vh. I cant this time around as the copper sensor doesnt have enough length. Whats going on with your SS mate.

They sell alloy blue water temp sensor adapters on ebay they look pretty nice.. but yours is the no chrome so i take it thats out of the question haha
